Fibre
It is defined as one of the delicate, hair portions of the tissues of a plant or animal or other substances that are very small in diameter in relation to there length .A fiber is a material which hundred times as long as its thick.
Fundamental Properties Of a Textile Fibre
1.Should have fibrous structure and length should be thousand time higher than its width.
2.Must have sufficient, elasticity and spinning power.
3.Should have find structure and flexible.
4.Should have dye ability.
5.Should be economical.

Textile Fibre
Textile fibre has some characteristics which differ between fibre to Textile fibre . Textile fibre can be spun into a yarn or made into a fabric by various methods including weaving, knitting, braiding, felting, and twisting. The essential requirements for fibres to be spun into yarn include a length of at least 5 millimeters, flexibility ,cohesivense ss,and sufficient strength.Other important properties include elasticity, fineness, uniformity, durability, and luster.
Human hair is one kind of fibre but it is not textile fibre.Because it cant not fill up the above properties. So we can say that all fibre is not textile fibre.

A fibre  having a high length to diameter ratio, cohesiveness strength elasticity absorbency, strength softness etc is called Textile fibre.
